Good sources of soluble fiber include oat products like oatmeal, bran, flaxseed, nuts, fruits, vegetables and legumes.
Any adult who doesn’t consume a lot of foods rich in fiber—like oats, legumes, and fruits and vegetables—would benefit from a dietary fiber supplement.
Adults, mix one scoop (4 g) with 4 – 8 oz of your favorite non-carbonated beverage or water. Stir well until dissolved. If gas, bloating or stomach upset occurs, reduce the daily serving.
