What is in this product?

Lustriva® is a clinically studied ingredient made of Biotin (from Magnesium Biotinate), Arginine, Silicon and Inositol. Our formula also includes Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) and Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid).

What are some dietary sources of Biotin, Vitamin C and Vitamin A?

Some food sources of Biotin (also known as B7) include sweet potatoes, eggs, nuts and seeds. Vitamin C is found primarily in citrus fruits, such as lemons, limes and oranges, but can also be found in strawberries and red peppers. Food sources of Beta Carotene (Vitamin A) include carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach and mango.
