OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. 

Please read the Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”) of the #MadeToCare Challenge Giveaway by Nature Made (“Sweepstakes”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to accept the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (defined below), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 

SPONSOR: Pharmavite LLC. 

DATES: The Sweepstakes entry period begins 12:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Friday, 1/17/25, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, 2/15/25 (“Entry Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age on the start date of the Entry Period. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of the Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships, franchisees, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

HOW TO ENTER: 

  1. FOLLOW @naturemadevitamins on TikTok and Instagram.
  1. RESPOND to the weekly prompts posted on the @naturemadevitamins TikTok and/or Instagram accounts from 1/17/25 to 2/15/25 promoting the #MadeToCare challenge and follow the instructions to:
  • Share a video responding to at least one weekly Challenge prompt on Instagram and/or TikTok (make sure your Instagram and/or TikTok account is public, and the video complies with relevant social media platform guidelines) 
  • Tag @naturemadevitamins in your post(s) 
  • Use the hashtag #MadeToCare in your post(s) 

(Unlimited entries). 

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from eligible entries no later than Monday, 2/17/25 at 11:59 PM EST. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by Instagram or TikTok DM on or about Monday, 2/17/25 at 11:59 PM EST. Notification will include instructions on how to contact Sponsor to provide name, address or other information that may be necessary for prize delivery and distribution purposes, to complete validation of eligibility, and/or any necessary documents to claim the Prize; failure to provide the requested information within the time stated in the notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Return of notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, another potential winner may be notified. 

PRIZE:  

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Sponsor-specified gift card valued at four thousand dollars ($4,000) to spend on a wellness getaway for two at the location of the Winner’s choosing.  

No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner assumes sole responsibility for all costs associated with any component of the Prize not explicitly outlined, including without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes incurred as a result of being awarded a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions as necessary. Void where prohibited and if reproduced, sold or transferred. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason, or if distribution of the intended prize to winner is not possible for any reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner will be responsible for all other fees and expenses related to accepting and/or using the prizes not listed in these Official Rules. The prize winner will be responsible for all taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on the prize. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the prize retail value, if applicable.

SPONSOR’S RIGHTS: If an Entrant chooses to submit or post any media content (including to but not limited to photographs, videos, recordings) in connection with this Sweepstakes, that Entrant grants to Sponsor and its partners and designees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, and display such content and any portion thereof, in any media, and the right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s websites, and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.  By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant waives the right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. By entering or participating, Entrant agrees to (a) release Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, agents and employees, from all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, in whole or in part, caused by (i) Entrant’s participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (ii) Sponsor’s sponsorship or administration of the Sweepstakes; and (iii) Entrant’s and/or any third party’s use, sale or disposal of the prize; (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize.  Neither Sponsor nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Winners must meet all local laws and regulations. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, in whole or in part, by participating in this Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or redemption of the prize. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sponsor reconvenes the Sweepstakes after a suspension, determining the prize winner will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the suspension, as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. 

DISPUTES: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant agrees that (a) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in California; (b) all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed under, the laws of the California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California law or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California law. 

ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from Entrant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.naturemade.com/pages/nature-made-privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees the Sponsor may collect and use an Entrant’s personal information submitted with the entry and acknowledges that the Entrant has read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which provides, without limitation, certain information about how Sponsor collects, uses and shares personal information and the rights an Entrant may have regarding Entrant’s personal information.

WINNERS LIST:  Any legally required list of Sweepstakes winners may be requested after February 17, 2025 and no later than sixty (60) days following the end of the Entry Period by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: #MadeToCare Sweepstakes, c/o Amanda Cecil, Pharmavite LLC, 8531 Fallbrook Ave., West Hills, CA 91304. Vermont residents may omit return postage on Official Rules requests. Requests received after the close of the Entry Period will not be honored .
