Almost 1/2 of U.S. adults don't get enough Vitamin C from their daily food intake, and the risk of inadequate intake is even greater in smokers.[1,2] In addition, 45% of U.S. adults do not consume enough Vitamin A in their diet, and 15% do not consume enough Zinc.[1]
We normally get vitamin A from orange, yellow and green fruits and vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach and mangos. Vitamin C is most often found in citrus fruits like grapefruits and oranges and their juices, strawberries, and red peppers. Biotin can be found in small amounts in egg yolks, liver, salmon and avocados. Dietary sources of zinc include animal products like beef, pork and turkey. And copper can be found in nuts, seeds and legumes.
That's easy. It's specially formulated for adults looking for hair, skin and nail support.‡
Adults, take 1 softgel daily with water and a meal.
