Prebiotics Vs. Probiotics: What’s the Difference?

Prebiotics and probiotics both support digestive health, but they're a bit more complicated than your simple Vitamins A, B, C, and so on. Not only that, but their names are also confusingly similar! What are probiotics?

Have you ever picked up a cup of yogurt at the grocery store, seen a label advertising it as "rich in probiotics," and asked yourself what that means? Wonder no more! Where can I find probiotics?
