This baby knows a good vitamin when he tastes it!
Our Baby is Nature Made® !
When we found out we were pregnant, proper nutrition was one of the first things on our minds. We knew how important it was to get extra folic acid and other vitamins to ensure healthy development of the fetus. We took Nature Made® prenatal formula and as the picture can attest to, it certainly worked! We took Nature Made® prenatal vitamins and look at our cute kid; he's obviously interested in becoming the Nature Made® spokesbaby.

Thanks Gary and Stacey! Nature Made® Prenatal is loaded with all the vitamins and minerals that help support healthy fetal development. It is an excellent source of folic acid and also functions very closely with vitamin B-12 in many body processes.
Folic acid, also known as folate and folacin, is essential in cell division, DNA synthesis, and the manufacturing of brain chemicals, or neurotransmitters in the body. Without adequate levels of folic acid, cells do not divide properly. Folic acid is vital to the development of the nervous system of a fetus. A deficiency of folic acid during pregnancy has been linked to several birth defects, such as the neural tube defect spina bifida. Therefore, it is critical for women of child-bearing age to consume 400 mcg of folic acid per day.
In addition, folic acid may also play a significant role in heart health. It does so by helping to keep homocysteine levels down in the blood. Homocysteine is a substance that formed when Vitamin B-12 and folic acid levels are low, and research has indicated it may be a possible risk factor for heart disease.
Folic acid is recommended to be part of a daily regimen for Women's Health, Stress, Heart Health, Mood/Emotional Well-Being, and Prenatal Care.
